MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF

It is fall, and for many of you, your kiddos are back in school and it is finally time to put yourself back on the list.  Taking care of yourself so you can take care of your family should be a priority.   If you aren't taking time for yourself, you are not going to be the best person you can be.  You don't have to feel guilty about taking time for yourself.  It is good for you and your family and friends will thank you because you will have a better attitude.
If you aren't into the class setting, come work with me one-on-on or take a friend or 2 and we can do a group training session.   I will push you through a workout that you wouldn't push yourself to do on your own.  Let me help you reach your health goals, let me help you get your energy back and feel better about yourself.

BACK INSIDE

Hello ladies,   bootcamp moved back inside this week with a new round of classes.   Whether permitting we may head outside up to one day a week.  I have space for 2 more and it's not too late to join.  Contact me with question.

SUMMER CLASSES

Hi everyone,  we just started our 2nd round of outdoor botcamp classes for the summer and are having a blast!  I still do my 7:30am barre class on Saturdays as long as we are not camping and the kids don't have sports so you can feel free to check in with me about class if you are interested.   I have been unable to do the mid morning week day classes b/c of lack of childcare but those will be back in the fall.   I hope you are all having a fabulous summer and I would love to hear from you.  So feel free to shoot me an email, FB or text (text is the best way, I have been finding out that I don't always get everyone's emails)

OUTDOOR CLASSES

Hi ladies,
It has been awhile since I have posted and I just wanted to update that my favorite time of year is here:  OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP.  I LOOOOOVEEEE, outdoor classes.  It is my favorite way to start my day.  If you want more information let me know.

CLASSES

Hey ladies - as this current round of bootcamp is coming to a close we are gearing up for the next round and at this time I have some spots open.    Start date is Monday, March 7th.  No class Monday, April 4th and Wed, April 6th.  Those 2 classes will be made up at the end for a total of 8 weeks of classes.

I do one to two ( 2 most of the time) 9:15am classes a week on weekdays and I have barre Saturday's at 7:30am.
This week 9:15's:
Monday: Barre (yesterday)
Friday: Buns and Guns
