Days/Times: Tuesday/Thur 6-7am (8 weeks)
Days/Times: Tuesday 4:30pm/Saturday 7:30am (8 weeks)
All classes are 1 hour in length
Drop in rate is $10 per class (if there is space)
If interested check in with me and see if there is room in current round or to sign up for the next round. They run year round and as mentioned above go 8 weeks and then we start another round.

Extra’s: At the start of the round I will supply you with a folder that will include a booklet I have written up on nutrition guidelines and other helpful overall healthy info and each week I will give you a healthy recipe that you can add to the folder.
Workouts include but are not limited to: running, jumping jacks, kickboxing moves, shuffling, squats, lunges, push ups, dumbbell work, core work, jump roping, use of benches, bosu's, bands and more. There are modified options given when needed for different fitness levels.
You will need to bring a water bottle, a set of dumbbells (most use 5's or 8's) and an exercise mat or towel for exercises done on the floor.
