BOOTCAMP

I offer 2 different groups of BOOTCAMP classes: 

Days/Times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:15am (8 weeks)                    
Cost:  M/W/F is $155

and

Days/Times: Tuesday/Thur 5:15-6:15am (8 weeks)
Cost: $104

and

I do 1 hour "drop in" classes, which you sign up for one week at a time and you either pay $10 per class or buy a punchcard for $80 that will get you 10 classes.   Classes you can use your card or $10 for:

Monday Barre 9:15am
and
Saturday 7:30am mixed class (includes barre plus weights and/or cardio)

All classes are 1 hour in length
Drop in rate is $10 per class (if there is space)

If interested check in with me and see if there is room in current round or to sign up for the next round.  They run year round and as mentioned above go 8 weeks and then we start another round.

Location for all: In my studio

Workouts include but are not limited to: running, jumping jacks, kickboxing moves, shuffling, squats, lunges, push ups, dumbbell work, core work, jump roping, use of benches, bosu's, bands and more. There are modified options given when needed for different fitness levels.

You will need to bring a water bottle, a set of dumbbells (most use 5's or 8's to start) and an exercise mat or towel for exercises done on the floor.
