I haven't updated in forever! Not sure how many people check here so I really just have people sign up for classes via Facebook or text but wanted to give some current info on here just in case.<br />
We are currently in our 2nd round of outdoor MWF 5:15am Bootcamp.<br />
The next round of Tue/Thur 5:15am bootcamp (in studio) will begin in September and I currently have space available in that.<br />
Saturday 7:30am I do a varied format class that people sign up for one week at a time. Sometimes it is one hour of Barre and other times it is a mix of cardio and/or muscle and Barre. I announce the class format on FB each week.<br />
Once school starts back up I will add back in the weekday 9:15am Barre (last school year it was Monday's so may go with that again) and perhaps one more weekday 9:15am Weekday class.<br />

My regular classes have still been going strong. We started outdoor bootcamp last week and are loving every minute of it :) It's not too late to join us so let me know if you want in. Remember these are ladies only classes and I have ladies of various fitness levels so don't be afraid to try it! <br />
I'm also still doing a few in studio classes: Tuesday 9:15am barre and Saturday 7:30am a mix class of either weights and barre or cardio, weights and barre. Sometimes I have a Friday 9:15am bootcamp style class in studio too. All of those classes you can purchase a punchcard for or do a drop in rate.<br />

Taking care of yourself so you can take care of your family should be a priority. If you aren't taking time for yourself, you are not going to be the best person you can be. You don't have to feel guilty about taking time for yourself. It is good for you and your family and friends will thank you because you will have a better attitude.<br />
If you aren't into the class setting, come work with me one-on-on or take a friend or 2 and we can do a group training session. I will push you through a workout that you wouldn't push yourself to do on your own. Let me help you reach your health goals, let me help you get your energy back and feel better about yourself.<br />

I still do my 7:30am barre class on Saturdays as long as we are not camping and the kids don't have sports so you can feel free to check in with me about class if you are interested. Start date is <b><u>Monday, March 7th</u></b>. No class Monday, April 4th and Wed, April 6th. Those 2 classes will be made up at the end for a total of 8 weeks of classes.<br />

Sorry I haven't been good at keeping up with my blog. Keep in mind I do classes year round and am always available for training so if you don't see something posted and are wondering about class please contact me.<br />
First off: **This Saturday, January 3rd 7:30am Barre class - a few spots left.** (more details below)<br />
<strong><u>New Rounds Starting:</u></strong><br />
<u>Monday Jan 12th</u> - new round of MWF 5:15am bootcamp begins - 8 weeks<br />
<u>Tuesday Jan 13th</u> - new round of 6am classes start - 8 weeks ** change with this *** the Tuesday class will be a Barre class and the THursday class will be a bootcamp class. You can still join it as a regular 8 week class but know you will just get both.<br />
Also I am now certified to teach Barre classes and they are a lot of fun and a great change up for your body doing a combo of Ballet (no you don't have to be a dancer, I certainly am not), pilates and yoga style moves. Lots of core and small muscle work.<br />
Saturday mornings at 7:30am will be a regular Barre class time.<br />
I will be starting a punch card system for Barre. So you can either do a drop in rate or you can buy a punch card for 10 classes which makes it cheaper for each class. Contact me for details. With the punchcard you could come on <u>Tuesday mornings at 6 and/or Saturdays at 7:30am</u> but each time you will need to register with me first b/c space is limited in each class. <br />
I will also be adding a 9:30am weekday Barre class and a late afternoon/early evening Barre weekday class here and there when my schedule allows and you can also use your punch card for those or pay on a drop in basis. I will always announce those on FB when I have them coming up. If you ever wonder what the difference is between signing up for my classes and going to classes at a fitness center here are just a few differences listed for you:<br />

- We are ladies only in my bootcamp classes so you can feel very comfortable with some of the silly/awkward moves we do :) And you don't have to try to impress any fellas with how high you can jump or feel self conscious when you are doing a difficult move etc.<br />
<br />
- You can pretty much roll right out of bed, put on your fitness gear and come to class because it doesn't matter what you look like. I look a bit scary, it is ok. We don't judge :) Well, maybe you can brush your teeth :)<br />
<br />
- When you sign up for a class and pay the money you feel more of a motivation to go for a few reason. For one, you want to get your moneys worth. You also know that people know you signed up and will notice when you are not there and may ask why.<br />
<br />
- For other classes or just the traditional gym setting you may feel or know that if you don't go no one will notice so you can slack off a little easier. I will check on you if you are not in class, so you will feel an accountability.<br />
<br />
- We become friends in these classes. We get comfortable with each other and laugh with (not at) each other over some of the interesting things we get to do.<br />
<br />
- I pay careful attention to each participant. You are not just a number in class. I get to know you. I modify things for you where needed. Correct your form. Make things harder where needed and offer motivation to get you through the moves.<br />
<br />
- Each class is different, which keeps you guessing and keeps things fun and interesting.<br />
