Let me guess, you have started this year like many others with at least some sort of resolution/goal of getting healthier in some sort of way - whether it be losing weight, getting more sleep, cutting out pop or sugar, exercising more....etc.   Those are such a common resolutions.   Don't let them slip away unattained.  Make a plan to achieve them, stick with the plan, be dedicated.   Talk to someone about your plan and have them hold you accountable.  Believe in yourself.  Make small changes.  Don't just drop everything you are use to and try all extreme changes at once because that makes them harder to stick with.   You can do this.  You can make a healthier you and I am here to help you if you want me to be!    Happy New Year!!
