It is fall, and for many of you, your kiddos are back in school and it is finally time to put yourself back on the list. Taking care of yourself so you can take care of your family should be a priority. If you aren't taking time for yourself, you are not going to be the best person you can be. You don't have to feel guilty about taking time for yourself. It is good for you and your family and friends will thank you because you will have a better attitude.
