Sorry I haven't been good at keeping up with my blog. Keep in mind I do classes year round and am always available for training so if you don't see something posted and are wondering about class please contact me.
First off: **This Saturday, January 3rd 7:30am Barre class - a few spots left.** (more details below)
New Rounds Starting:
Monday Jan 12th - new round of MWF 5:15am bootcamp begins - 8 weeks
Tuesday Jan 13th - new round of 6am classes start - 8 weeks ** change with this *** the Tuesday class will be a Barre class and the THursday class will be a bootcamp class. You can still join it as a regular 8 week class but know you will just get both.
Also I am now certified to teach Barre classes and they are a lot of fun and a great change up for your body doing a combo of Ballet (no you don't have to be a dancer, I certainly am not), pilates and yoga style moves. Lots of core and small muscle work.
Saturday mornings at 7:30am will be a regular Barre class time.
I will be starting a punch card system for Barre. So you can either do a drop in rate or you can buy a punch card for 10 classes which makes it cheaper for each class. Contact me for details. With the punchcard you could come on Tuesday mornings at 6 and/or Saturdays at 7:30am but each time you will need to register with me first b/c space is limited in each class.
I will also be adding a 9:30am weekday Barre class and a late afternoon/early evening Barre weekday class here and there when my schedule allows and you can also use your punch card for those or pay on a drop in basis.
